If you don’t like the product

If you buy a product from us and don’t like it, please inform us and ship the product back to us within two weeks. We will then refund the purchase once we receive the product, provided that you did not damage the product and that you packaged the product adequately.

If you receive a damaged product

If the product you receive is damaged and/or non-functional, we will refund the purchase if you let us know within one week of receiving the product. We may ask you to ship the product back to us as a condition for the refund. In this case, we will provide a return shipping label to you.
